Welcome to K C Underhill Farms—where love and cattle go hand in hand. This farm isn’t just what we do, it’s who we are. We find joy in the simple things—spending time together, caring for our animals, and enjoying the peaceful rhythm of farm life.
We’re Kenny and Cathy Underhill, and we’re grateful to share a little piece of our world with you.
Located in Cadiz, Kentucky, just a mile from Barkley Lake and near Land Between the Lakes in Shotgun Holler, our farm is a place built on passion, hard work, and a whole lot of heart.

We're excited to announce another step forward at K C Underhill Farms! We've recently added several registered Highland cattle to our breeding program as part of our continued commitment to improving the quality and genetics of our herd.
Our goal is to produce exceptional Highland cattle with outstanding temperament, structure, and traditional Highland characteristics while preserving the integrity of the breed. Every addition to our program is carefully selected to strengthen the future of K C Underhill Farms and provide our customers with the very best cattle possible.
We're grateful for everyone who has supported our journey, and we look forward to sharing the next generation of Highland calves with you!

Special Guests at K C Underhill Farms!
We had some very special guests visit K C Underhill Farms last week—our cousins Ed, Tracy, and Ryan from Texas, who were here enjoying a little vacation and family time with us!
We truly enjoyed every minute together—laughing, visiting, and of course spending plenty of time playing with, feeding, and brushing the Highlands. There’s just something special about sharing our farm and these beautiful animals with family.
And we were especially fortunate to have Ed behind the camera! Ed spent his professional career, producing award-winning work in his field, and his talent certainly shows.
We simply cannot say enough about the AMAZING pictures he captured! He brought out the beauty, personality, and character of our Highlands in a way that absolutely amazed us. These are photographs we will treasure for years to come, and we’re excited to share some of them throughout our website.
Thank you, Ed, Tracy, and Ryan, for such a wonderful visit, great memories, lots of laughs, and some truly incredible photographs. Family time on the farm just doesn’t get much better than this! ❤️

One of the best parts of what we do is sharing our farm and our Highland cattle with others. We were so happy to welcome Tessa and Ella for a recent visit to K C Underhill Farms!
